About noiz audio
An independent studio making plugins you play by moving.
noiz audio started from a simple wish: to treat recorded sound as something you can walk through and perform, not only edit. GLASS, the first instrument, slices audio into pads and lets the speed of your hand decide the groove.
Every plugin is designed and built here, from the signal processing to the glyphs on the pads. We keep each one focused on a single idea and give it enough depth to stay interesting for years.

Play, don’t program
Controls respond to how you move: speed, direction, timing. You should be able to find a groove before you have read the manual.

Chance as seasoning
Randomness is useful when it is on a leash. Our plugins add variation when you ask, and keep the decisions in your hands.

One idea per plugin, worked out properly. Fewer menus, more to discover in what is there.

A board you can read
Every slice in GLASS gets a glyph so you can tell sounds apart at a glance. The same glyphs, brackets and patch cables run through this site.
